Hamas: Israel’s targeting of Palestinian rights will not succeed

The Hamas Movement has affirmed that the Israeli attempts to undermine the Palestinian people’s rights and change the identity of their land will be doomed to failure.

“All the [Israeli] attempts to circumvent the Palestinian rights will not succeed, whether that was through direct aggression, or through forging documents or claiming ownership of real estate and land,” Hamas said in a new statement on the 45th anniversary of the Palestine Land Day.

Hamas also accused some Arab regimes, which recently normalized their ties with the occupation state, of stabbing the Palestinian people in their back and emboldening the Israelis to commit more violations.

The Movement paid tribute to the “struggling” Palestinian people in the West Bank, Gaza, Jerusalem, the 1948 occupied lands and the diaspora, and valued the great sacrifices they make in order to uphold their rights and protect their identity and land.
